Carina is a fantastic holistic, integral medicine doctor. She spends over an hour per consult, really listening, asking questions, and taking down notes. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach which I love.
She is also the type of doctor who believes in getting tests done and even looks at your hormonal panel to get a much better sense of what may be going on.
Could not recommend more. 10/10
